Minutiae:

Some low-end models have no level-2 cache.  Improve performance by installing a Newer Technology 256 KB or 512 KB level-2 cache DIMM, part # 7CC256C or 7CC512C.

The various models of QuickTower vary mainly in the choice of video cards and disk drives.  All are based on the Tanzania logic board, which was co-developed by Apple and Motorola.

Dual hot-swap removable drive bays are available.

Supports only 3.3 volt EDO DIMMs.  It does not support interleaved memory.  The three DIMM sockets are NOT identical.  The first socket can only accept up to 32 MB DIMMs.  The other two sockets can accept up to 64 MB DIMMs.  The maximum memory is therefore 160 MB.
